"i felt very comfortable and safe immediately walking in, staff was friendly and easy to converse with. i got my eyebrow pierced by matt and he was super sweet! he took the time to explain every step and made sure i was feeling okay. the place is decorated with tons of beautiful artwork and knickknacks, feels very lived in which is nice. i give it a 10/10 for it being my first piercing ever"
